French Language

We’re excited to announce an important step forward in making vaibe more accessible and inclusive for our users: French language support is now being introduced across all vaibe applications. This update expands our localisation offering and helps create a more user-friendly experience for French-speaking teams across the platform.

Employees Info Anonymization

Protecting employee privacy is now easier with the introduction of nicknames. Employees can now be assigned themed nicknames that are displayed in place of their real names across vaibe’s employee-facing applications, including Public Displays and the Employee app. This enables everyone to participate in vaibe’s gamification initiatives while helping maintain privacy and reducing the risk of individuals feeling singled out or targeted.

User Impersonation

We’ve improved our support and troubleshooting capabilities with User Impersonation. Authorised members of the vaibe support team can now securely access a user’s account in impersonation mode, allowing them to experience the platform exactly as the user does. This helps diagnose and resolve issues faster for both employees and managers, resulting in a more efficient and effective support experience.

Metrics Improvements

Managing metrics is now simpler and more efficient. Duplicate names, long scrolling lists, and unnecessary mandatory fields created too much friction, so we’ve introduced a clearer and more streamlined experience. Every metric now displays its unique T-ID, making it easier to distinguish between similar metrics and search for the correct one directly. We’ve also made metric creation faster by making the description optional, and the legacy Safety feature attribute has now been retired. As a result, more metrics can now be used in Team Competition and Team Race challenges.

Leaderboard Filters on the Employee App

The leaderboard experience in the Employee app is now more personalised and relevant. Employees can now filter leaderboard results by team or site, making it easier to focus on the information that matters most to them. By default, users will see the leaderboard for their own site, helping surface the most meaningful comparison from the start.
