Have you forgotten your password? We get it – passwords tend to go rogue, much like that elusive sock in the laundry. But fear not! If your vaibe password is out exploring, we've got the roadmap to guide it back. Go through the following steps:
Step 1: Access the vaibe app and enter your Email / Username.
Step 2: Click on the “Sign in” button.
Step 3: Click on the “Forgot password?” link.
Step 4: Enter your Email / Username again and lick on the “Continue” button.
Step 5: Check your email inbox. You will receive a password recovery e-mail containing a verification code, like the example below.
If you have not an email associated to your account, reach out to your manager, he/she will share the verification code with you.
Step 6: Go back to the app. Enter the verification code that you have received or that your manager shared and click on the “Continue” button.
Step 7: In the “New password” and “Confirm password” fields, enter your new password. Then, click on the “Update password” button.
Step 8: Congratulations! You have successfully changed your password. To log in, enter your Email / Username again and the new password in the second step and click on the "Sign in" button, you're in!
