vaibe allows you to group users (workers) into teams, which can be used as a selector when creating challenges and tracking metrics. This allows you to restrict challenge applicability to a smaller group of workers rather than all of them.
Here are the steps to create a new team:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, go to the “Users“ page and click on the “+“ button in the right top corner of the page.
Step 2: Select “Add team“ from the dropdown menu. A pop-up is displayed where you can insert the information to create a new team.
Step 3: Fill out the following fields:
Name: Enter the name of the team. This field is mandatory and can contain up to 100 alphanumeric characters.
Team ID: Enter the ID of the team. This field is mandatory and can contain up to 10 alphanumeric characters. The ID must be unique in the organization.
Description: Enter a description of the team. This field is optional and can contain up to 120 alphanumeric characters.
Team avatar: Add an avatar to the team by clicking on Edit image. It will open a pop-up and there, if you click on the button "Upload image", you can import an image to be the avatar of the team. This field is optional.
Step 4: Click on the “Create team” button and the team will be created.
