Prize categories are a way to organize the prize items in the store becoming more easy for you to manage it and for your team to search for when they are looking at the store items.

There are two ways to create prizes categories: When you are adding a new prize item or in the store section.

To create a new prize category in the store section, go through the following steps:

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, select the "Store" section. It will open a page with the Prizes tab selected.

Step 2: Click on the "+" button in the right top corner of the page.

Step 3: Select "Add category" from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Enter the name for the new category and click on the “Create category” button.
