The store is divided in two sections: Prizes and Collectables. Prizes consist in rewards and awards items that you can add to the store for your team to purchase with the coins that they earn in the challenges.

To create a prize item, go through the following steps:

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, select the "Store" section. It will open a page with the Prizes tab selected.

Step 2: Click on the "+" button in the right top corner of the page.

Step 3: Select "Add item" from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Fill out the following fields on the item creation page:

Name: Enter the name of the prize item.

Description: Enter the item description and the acquisition rules (if applicable).

Image: Select or upload an image for the prize item.

Category: Select the category of the prize item that you are adding. If you don’t have any category already created or you want to create a new one, click on the “+ New category” link and create a new category.

Stock: Enter the number of units that your organization has in stock for the item that you are adding.

Unlimited stock: If your organization has unlimited stock for the prize that you are creating, select this option.

Keep in store when out-of-stock: If you intend to keep this prize item in the store even if it is out of stock, select this option.

Availability in the store: Decide when the item is going to be available on the worker store. There’s three option available in the dropdown menu: Immediately, Not available (hidden) or Schedule. If you want to schedule the prize availability in the store, a new field will came up in which you will need to select the date when the prize will be available and, if you want, a date when the prize will disappear from the store.

Users with access: Filter the prize item’s availability by team, if desired. Select the specific team(s) that should have access to the prize. If you don't select any team, all users and teams have access to the prize.

Item price: Define the price (in coins or in your currency) for the item that you are creating.

- Name: Enter the name of the prize item.
