The Public Display (PD) is a real-time board where the employees can visualize their performance in the challenge(s) they are participating and how they are doing in comparison to their peers. It's ideal for work or social areas such as the canteen or a central gathering area in your sites.

The PD is a great way to engage your team during work hours and breaks. By seeing how their performance stacks up against others, employees are motivated to be more productive and contribute to the team's goals. It also fosters a fun, competitive atmosphere, as the leaderboard shows their rankings. Additionally, the visibility of kudos (both given and received) reminds employees to stay aware of their colleagues' contributions.

So, what kind of information does the Public Display provide? The PD contains up to four widgets.

  1. The upper-left widget displays all ongoing and past challenges associated with the users selected during the PD setup. It includes every challenge that these users are currently participating in or have participated in within a configurable time range.

  2. On the upper right, the widget displays the most recent data imported for each selected metric. The metrics shown are those you selected during the PD setup and will rotate based on the transition time configured during PD creation.

  3. The lower left widget highlights four key activity indicators for employees using the app: total purchases, number of logins, achievements earned and kudos exchanged. These metrics begin tracking once we activate engagement KPIs for your organization.

  4. On the lower right, the widget showcases the top three performers in four categories:

    1. Top achievers – users with the most achievements unlocked

    1. Top kudos given – employees who have given the most kudos

    2. Top kudos received – employees who have received the most kudos

    3. Top shoppers – users with the highest number of store purchases
