Are you ready to create a challenge and unleash the power of your workforce? There’s a few steps that you need to go through…

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, go to the “Challenges page and click on the “+“ button in the right top corner of the page.

Step 2: Select the challenge mode and click on the “Continue“ button.

We have two different audiences for the challenges: Individual audience means that your workforce will be challenged based on their individual performance and Team audience means that your workforce will be challenged based on their team performance.

There are 4 different challenge modes:

  1. Competition: Players or teams compete to secure first place and prove who is the best. This mode encourages productivity by fostering a drive to excel.

  2. Race: Players or teams strive to achieve a specific goal as quickly as possible. The first to reach the designated target is declared the winner. This mode emphasizes speed and efficiency.

  3. Cooperation: Teams or individuals collaborate to achieve shared objectives. This mode fosters teamwork by encouraging participants to combine their skills and strengths to reach common goals.

  4. Self-Improvement: Designed for individual participants, this mode focuses on personal growth. The more participants perform, the greater their rewards, promoting continuous self-improvement.

Step 3: Set Participants, define the Challenge Goal and click on the “Continue“ button.

  • Choose Participants:

    • For individual challenges, select the participant(s) you want to include.

    • For team challenges, select the team(s) you’d like to participate.

  • Set the Challenge Goal: The goal is defined based on the challenge type you selected:

    • Competition:

      • Specify whether the goal is to increase or decrease the selected metric.

      • Choose the metric/category and unit of measurement to gamify.

    • Race:

      • Set the target amount, metric/category and unit of measurement to gamify.

    • Cooperation:

      • Define the target amount, metric/category and unit of measurement to gamify.

    • Self-Improvement:

      • Select the metric/category and unit of measurement to gamify.

Step 4: Define the challenge duration and click “Continue“ to proceed.

There are some options available for the challenge duration: 1 day, 7 days, 30 days or Custom. If none of the pre-defined option is the one that you want, you can chose the Custom option and set the start and end date.

Step 5: Define how much do you want to spend in the challenge and click on the “Continue“ button. The system will automatically distribute the coins and points among the players.

Step 8: Set the “Challenge name and “Notes“. These information will appear in the employees mobile application. Then, click on the “Finish and create“ button and the challenge will be created and will start considering the time that you have defined on the step 4.

Notes:

1) Challenge durations can be adjusted based on the enrolled users' site and corresponding time zones, for equitable competition.

2) Participants enrolled in the challenge will be notified via push notification in the mobile app when the challenge starts and ends.
