Metrics section! This is where you can manage all the metrics and categories that you have already created in your organization. You can either edit their information or delete them.

To manage a metric, go through the following steps:

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on the “Metrics section. It will open a page with the All metrics tab selected.

Step 2: Click on the metric that you want to manage. A side panel with the information regarding the selected metric will open.

Step 3: Select the operation that you want to do:

  • If you want to edit the metric information or to inactive it, click on the edit option (pencil) located at the top right of the side panel. Then, change the field that you want and click on the “Save changes“ button. The transaction ID of a metric can’t be changed.

  • If you want to delete the metric, click on the delete option (trash) located at the top right of the user side panel. A pop-up will appear. If you have sure that you want to delete the metric, click on the “Delete” button. After you clicking in the button, you won’t be able to undo this action.

    Please note that metrics can only be deleted if they do not contain user data. Alternatively, if deletion is not possible, you can deactivate the metric using the edit option.
