In the vaibe product ecosystem, two distinct user roles, Managers and Employees, play vital roles. Managers, operating within the desktop application, shoulder the responsibility of setting up challenges, importing data, and harnessing data visualization tools to monitor and enhance team performance. Their multifaceted role extends to creating surveys and sharing results on public displays, providing a comprehensive overview of employee engagement and satisfaction. On the flip side, Employees, leverage the worker app on their mobile devices. Workers participate in challenges, and, throughout the app can track their individual performance, answer surveys, create their own profile, etc.

In the “Users” section you can manage all the users and teams in your organization. You can edit their information, manage their permissions (for managers), delete them, or even re-invite users if they haven’t logged in yet.

To manage a user, go through the following steps:

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on the “User" section. It will open a page (“Employees” tab) with the list of all users in your organization. If you want to manage a Manager, please select the "Managers" tab at the top.

Step 2: Click on the user that you want to manage. A side panel with the information regarding the selected user will open.

Step 3: Select the operation that you want to do:

  • If you want to edit user information, click on the edit option (pencil) located at the top right corner of the user side window. Then, change the field that you want (Name, User ID, Team, Site and/or Status) and click on the “Save changes“ button. The e-mail and the role of a user can’t be changed.

  • If you want to delete the user, click on the three dots option located at the top right corner of the user side window and select the "Delete" option. A pop-up will appear. If you have sure that you want to delete the user, click on the “Delete“ button. After you clicking in the button, you won’t be able to undo this action.

  • If a user haven’t login yet, you can re-invite him by clicking on the three dots option located at the top right corner of the user side window and select the "Re-send invitation" option. A pop-up window will appear and if you have sure that you want to re-invite the user, click on the ”Re-send invitation” button. After proceed, an email will be sent to the user with the credentials to access the application.
