When a challenge is finished, your team will get points and coins. Coins can be used in the store to purchase the items that your organization has available.
If an employee buy an item in the store, you will receive an email with the purchase information, like the example below.
Besides that, in the vaibe product is also possible to check the store items that have been purchased by your team. vaibe allows you as well the possibility to refund a user if for some reason you need to.
To check and manage the purchase activity, go through the following steps:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, select the "Store" section.
Step 2: Choose the Purchase Activity tab. There you will be able to see the items (prizes and collectables) that have been purchased by your employees. Please note that when a item is purchased by a user, the system will remove that unit from stock, with the exception of items that have unlimited stock.
Step 3: To view the details of a purchase, click on the row of the item purchased and it will open a sidebar containing the purchase information. You will be able to see the item purchased, the acquisition price (in coins), the stock, the user that has purchased it and the purchase status (Acquired or Refund).
When an item is purchased, the purchase activity keeps with the Acquired status. If, for some reason, you need to refund a user, continue with the following steps:
Step 4: Click on the “Refund player” button located in the purchase activity sidebar.
Step 5: Insert a comment justifying the reason for the refund and click on the “Refund” button. With that, the user will be notified by e-mail and will receive the correspondent coins that he spent to purchase the item. Please note that the refund will not update the stock. Any chance in the stock need to be done manually.
Notes:
At the top left of the purchase activity page, you have available some filters (store item type and category and purchase activity status) that you can use to filter the list of items purchased by your team.
At the top right of the purchase activity page you have an “Export” button that you can use to export the list of the purchased items.
