To upload data manually using a file, go through the following steps:

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, select the "Data input" section. It will open a list page with all the uploaded files.

Step 2: Click on the "+" button in the right top corner of the page to upload the data using the file. A pop-up will appear.

Step 3: Drop the data file or browse it using the “Select file” button. In this page are also available two buttons “Excel template (.xlsx)” and “CSV template”, where you can download the template files. The template file only includes the columns, you need to fill it with the information.

Step 4: If you have more than one sheet in the file, you will be redirected to the “Sheet Selection” tab, to select the sheet with the information you want to import and then press the “Continue” button. Otherwise, if you only have one sheet in the file, you will be automatically redirected to “Header Selection” tab.

Step 5: On the “Header Selection“ tab, confirm or select the header (row) of the file and press the “Continue button. If you are using the template, the header is the first row.

Step 6: On the “Match Columns“ tab, match the columns correctly and then click on the “Confirm“ button.

Step 7: In the last tab, “Review Entries“, you can review all the data which will be uploaded. The application will inform you if some data is not correct, using colors and error messages.

You can also “Add new row“, “Duplicate or “Delete rows by clicking on the three vertical dots of the row you want to modify. It’s also possible to swipe the values in the same way we do in Excel.

Non-existent metrics imported by file: Please note that, according to the warning displayed in the non-existent metrics, after the upload, these metrics are automatically created in “Metrics” page.

Step 8: When the data is correct, you can press the “Complete Import“ button and a pop-up confirmation message will be displayed. Click on the “Submit“ button and the data will be imported.

The pop-up will close and you will see the file imported in the data input list page!
