Do you find yourself wondering how to efficiently fill out the template file to upload data on vaibe? Look no further! This guide will walk you through the steps to access the template and provide insights on completing it accurately.

Accessing the data input template

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, select the "Data input" section.

Step 2: Click on the "+" button in the right top corner of the page. A pop-up will appear offering two template file options: "Excel template (.xlsx)" and "CSV template". Choose the template file type you prefer. We recommend using the “Excel template (.xlsx)”, and the template file will be downloaded to your device.

Step 3: Once downloaded, open the Excel template file to start the data upload process.

Filling out the template

The template file is designed to capture essential information based on the metric configuration. Here's a breakdown of the fields to be filled out:

  1. ID Transaction:

    • Every metric has a unique ID transaction that identifies the metric. Enter the transaction ID for the metric you're importing data. This field is mandatory.

  2. Metric:

    • Enter the metric name corresponding to the transaction ID. This field is mandatory.

  3. User ID:

    • If importing data for an individual metric, fill out this field with the user ID that you want to upload data. This is mandatory for individual metrics.

  4. Team ID:

    • If importing data for a team metric, fill out this field with the team ID that you want to upload data. This is mandatory for team metrics.

  5. Number of Items:

    • If the metric uses "Number of Items" as the unit of measure, input the quantity achieved by the user or team.

  6. Cubes:

    • If the metric uses "Cubes" as the unit of measure, input the number of cubes achieved by the user or team.

  7. Start Date:

    • Enter the start date (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss) when the user or team initiated the metric.

  8. End Date (not mandatory):

    • Enter the end date (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss) when the user or team completed the metric.

Remember, each field's requirements depend on the metric type and configuration. Ensure accurate data input to streamline your analytics.
