How to assign users (employees) to a team?

vaibe allows you to group users into teams, which can be used as a selector when creating challenges and tracking metrics. It’s only possible to assign workers to teams. Managers can’t be assigned.

If you have already created the teams, you can assign users (workers) to the proper team. To do that, go through the following steps:

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on the “Users section.

Step 2: Select the user(s) that you want to assign to a team. Then, click on the "Actions" button at the right and select the “Change team“ option.

Step 3: Choose the team from the dropdown menu that you want to assign the users and click on the “Save changes“ button.

Keep in mind that if you move an employee to a different team while they are participating in an ongoing challenge, they will be removed from the challenge.
