Do you want to change a user or a group of users site? Throughout vaibe, is possible to do it individually or in bulk for a group of users.
To change a single user site, go through the following steps:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on the “Users" section. It will open a page (“Employees” tab) with the list of all employees in your organization with account created in vaibe application.
Step 2: Select the user that you want to change the assigned site. A side panel with the information regarding the selected user will open.
Step 3: Click on the edit option (pencil) located at the top right corner of the user's side window.
Step 4: In the field "Site", choose the new user's site. Alternatively, if the site of the user is not already created, you can add it by clicking on the "+ New site" link.
Step 5: Click on the “Save changes“ button. The user's site and the corresponding time zone will be updated.
To change a site of a group of users (in bulk), go through the following steps:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on the “Users" section. It will open a page (“Employees” tab) with the list of all employees in your organization with account created in vaibe application.
Step 2: Pick the users that you want to change the site by selecting the square located at the left of the users name.
Step 3: At the top right, click on the "Actions" button and select the "Change site" option.
Step 4: Select the site you want to move the users to.
If a user that you are changing the site is enrolled in challenges, he will exit current challenges, losing progress.
If a user that you are changing the site is enrolled to answer a survey, he won't respond to ongoing surveys, and their responses won't be considered.
Step 5: Click on the “Save changes“ button. The users' site and the corresponding time zone will be updated.
