Brief
Achiever is a challenge type focused on self improvement and purely solo performance. In this challenge type you are given rewards based on how well you do at an action at a set repeating interval defined by the manager. Rewards are given at the end of this repeating interval as opposed to at the end of the challenge as is in all other challenges.
Where we expect good results from this solution
Disengagement, Lack of motivation, Low morale
The introduction of gamification elements to everyday workflow can be used to combat these issues, by providing workers with a clear goal that accurately reflects what is expected of them and a mechanism for them to track this goal while competing with their peers. At the same time, this challenge type can bring a new level of variance to the work day that reinvigorates people’s morale and motivation to work.
Lack of precision, Lack of production/Quantity & Lack of speed
In this challenge type the main goal is to simply reward your workers for the work they already do. The harder and better your employees work, the more you will receive. It is expected that these two factors improve naturally as a result of playing this challenge seeing as they are the main factors that would lead one to winning or performing well in this challenge consistently.
