Where we expect good results from this solution

  • All aspects

Being a key driver, this solution is expected to provide positive results in all aspects. It is important to note that recognition and compensation are effectively on the same level as possible solutions yet solve different things that the other fails to solve, with that in mind it is important to identify which is the correct solution for the scenario that you are presented with, as a generic rule. Recognition resolves situations and provides results when compensation stops being effective as a reward mechanism.
