Welcome to vaibe's surveys feature, designed to empower managers like you to effortlessly gauge and improve employee engagement. This tool serves as a bridge for seamless communication between managers and team members. Its primary goal is to provide real-time insights into workforce satisfaction, allowing you to spot trends early and foster a more engaged and satisfied team. In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps of creating a new survey, enabling you to harness the full potential of this feature. Let's dive into the process of crafting and launching surveys.

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, select the "Surveys" section. This will open a page displaying a list of all created surveys, including those scheduled, live, and completed.

Step 2: Click on the "+" button in the right top corner of the page to initiate the creation of a new survey.

Step 3: Provide a clear and concise title and description for your survey, ensuring participants understand its purpose and click on the “Continue” button.

Survey feedback from users (workers) is anonymous.

Step 4: Specify how long the survey will be available for your team to answer. Choose from predefined options like 1 day, 7 days, and 30 days, or select "Other" to define a custom start and end date and time. Click "Continue" to proceed.

Step 5: Define the questions you want your team to answer. Every survey includes 5 default questions, and you can add up to 3 more. To add custom questions, click "+ Add question" and input the desired query. Click "Continue" to proceed.

Each question will be answered by employees on a scale of 1 to 5, represented by emojis.

Step 6: Review all the survey details. If everything looks good, click on the "Create Survey" button to finalize the process.

Notes:

1) Surveys overall durations can be adjusted based on the enrolled users' site and corresponding time zones.

2) Participants enrolled in the survey will be notified via push notification in the mobile app when the survey is live.

Once the survey start date is reached, your team will receive a notification on the app to fill out the survey. Check the images below to see how it will appear for your workers.
