Custom challenge rewards

Rewards are an important way to keep your team motivated. Besides the classic reward distribution, where the coins you invested are automatically distributed by the winners through vaibe's system, there is the custom reward distribution.

Do you want to make reward distribution better aligned with the specific needs of your team and specific for each challenge? Then this feature is for you. It aims to give you more control over reward distribution, ensuring fairness and encouraging participation across all challenges.

In this type of reward distribution you can define the number of winners, the prize per placement (coins and points), decide whether to provide participation rewards for those outside the top ranking and define the participation reward (coins and points).

So, there are three steps to go through when choosing the custom reward distribution:

Step 1: Number of winners

Define the number of winners you want for your challenge.

Step 2: Winning reward

Define the prize (points and coins) per placement of the winners. Depending on the number of winners you decided, that is the number of placements that will appear here. The amount of points is set by default, however you can enter your preferred amount of points for each placement. If you wish to return to the amount of points set by vaibe by default you can do that by clicking "Reset points" in the right top corner.

Step 3.1: Participation reward

Click the toggle if you want to give a participation reward for your team in this challenge. If you don't want any participation rewards for this challenge, don't click the toggle and click "Continue".

Step 3.2: If you selected the option to have a participation reward, you can now define the prize (coins and points) for the non-winners. Here, the same logic of the "Winning reward" applies. By default there is an amount of points predefined, which you can change. After that, if you wish to return to the default number of points, click "Reset points" in the top right corner.
