Did you know that at vaibe, you can end ongoing challenges? Here’s how it works:

Sometimes, unforeseen issues can prevent your team from completing a challenge. For example, if a machine breaks down in a warehouse, it may be impossible for your team or at least for some employees to reach the target. In such cases, you have the option to either finish or cancel the ongoing challenge.

Choosing to finish or cancel depends on whether you want to distribute rewards to your team despite the interruption.

Step 1: In the main menu on the left side, select the "Challenges" section. This will open a page with all the challenges.

Step 2: Select the ongoing challenge you want to finish. A side window with the information regarding the selected challenge will open.

Step 3: At the top right of the side window, click on the three dots.

Step 4: Choose the “Finish now” option.

Step 5: Add a reason for finishing the challenge.

Step 6: Click on the “Finish challenge now” button. The challenge will end, and participants will receive the respective rewards based on the current participants' placement.
