There are three default manager roles in the vaibe app: Super Manager, Manager and Read-only Manager. But how can you change a read-only manager to a super manager, for example? This article will explain and demonstrate the process of changing a manager role and its permissions.
Step 1: You can visualize all the managers of your organization by clicking on the "Users" section in the main menu and selecting the "Managers" tab.
Step 2: Select the manager of whom you want to change the role. This is done by clicking on the manager's name. A side panel with details on the selected manager appears on the right side.
Step 3: On the upper right corner of the window, click on the pencil to edit the details regarding this manager. All the information regarding the user, including name, user ID, site, managing sites and managing teams are a couple of field you can edit. Step 4: Following this example you click on the "Super manager" on the "Role level" tab. To change the permissions of a manager, select the "Managing sites" and "Managing teams" the manager should have access to from the sites and teams available in the dropdown menus. Then, click on "Save changes" button and all the changes will be applied.
