Understanding the calculating status
After a challenge ends, there is a delay period (challenge calculating status) during which you can upload data to ensure it is included in the challenge results. Once this delay time passes, the challenge will conclude, and both you and the participants will see the results, with rewards distributed accordingly.
How this feature helps you
If you have already uploaded the necessary data, you don’t need to wait for the delay time to end the challenge. You can finish a challenge that is in the calculating status immediately. This allows you to see the results and distribute rewards without unnecessary waiting.
How to finish a challenge in the calculating status?
Step 1: In the main menu on the left side, select the "Challenges" section. This will open a page with all the challenges.
Step 2: Select the challenge in the calculating status that you want to finish. A side panel with information about the selected challenge will open.
Step 3: At the top right of the side panel, click on the three dots.
Step 4: Choose the “Finish now” option.
Step 5: Click on the “Finish challenge now” button. You’ll no longer be able to upload any more data and the challenge will end.
Participants enrolled in the challenge will be notified via push notification in the mobile app when you finish the challenge.
